After School Naan Pizzas

These easy-to-prepare pizzas make the perfect after-school snack or quick lunch. Customize the toppings to your liking.

PREP TIME: 5 minutes
COOK TIME: 10 minutes

Ingredients
1 store-bought white or whole-wheat naan
2 tablespoons store-bought pizza sauce
4 ounces of cheddar or mozzarella cheese, or a combination of both
1/4 onion, sliced thin
Nonstick cooking spray

Directions
Preheat oven to 375 F. Spry a sheet pan with nonstick cooking spray. Put naan on cookie sheet and top with pizza sauce, cheese and onions. Bake for 7-10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly. Remove from oven, slice into wedges and serve right away.
