Open-Faced Smoked Salmon Sandwich

Ingredients
One slice whole-grain bread
3-4 slices smoked salmon
1 tablespoon cream cheese
2-3 green lettuce leaves
Sliced red onion

Directions
Toast the bread according to your toaster directions. Layer the cream cheese, lettuce, onion and salmon on the toast. Squeeze a bit of fresh lemon over the sandwich, if you like. Serve and enjoy!
