Rainbow Vegetable Pizza

This healthy vegetarian pizza is quick to prepare and totally kid-friendly. Experiment with your own combination of vegetables -- the possibilities are endless!

PREP TIME: 5 minutes
COOK TIME: 25 minutes

1 can store-bought refrigerated pizza crust
1 small jar pizza sauce of your choice
8 oz. mozzarella cheese
1 yellow bell pepper, chopped
1 cup broccoli, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 medium red onion, cut into slivers

Roll out pizza crust into pan and pre-bake according to package directions.

Spread prebaked crust with pizza sauce and cheese.

Distribute the toppings evenly over the pizza crust.

Finish baking until the veggies are softened and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
