Red Onion Flight

Ingredients
1 red onion, sliced into 6 thin rounds
Juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 1/2 tablespoons crumbly feta cheese
2 teaspoons capers, divided
3 teaspoons balsamic glaze
Sprigs with fresh dill
1 teaspoon crumbled blue cheese
3 slices of pear
1 teaspoon honey
3 baby arugula leaves
2 tablespoons green olives
5 cherry tomatoes, halved
2 pearl mozzarella balls, halved
3 basil leaves
1/2 mini cucumber, sliced
1 tablespoon cream cheese
1 piece smoked salmon
DirectionsAdd the onion slices to a bowl of cold water and allow them to sit for at least 5 minutes. Remove from the water and pat dry.
Place the onion slices on a cutting board or plate. Top all the onions slices with lemon juice and olive oil.
To one onion slice, add 1 tablespoon of crumbly feta, 1 teaspoon of capers, a few sprigs of dill, and top with 1 teaspoon of balsamic glaze.
To one onion slice, add a teaspoon of crumbled blue cheese, pear slices, teaspoon of honey, and arugula leaves.
To one onion slice, add 1 tablespoon of crumbly feta, 2 tablespoons green olives, and 1 teaspoon of balsamic glaze.
To one onion slice, add 4 cherry tomato halves, mozzarella balls, basil leaves, and 1 teaspoon of balsamic glaze.
To one onion slice, add sliced cucumbers, remaining cherry tomatoes, and 1/2 tablespoon crumbly feta.
To one onion slice, add the cream cheese and spread it in a thin layer. Top with smoked salmon, 1 teaspoon of capers, and a few sprigs of dill.
