Roasted Balsamic Onions

This veggie side dish is so easy to make and absolutely delicious! Serve alongside grilled beef or chicken.

COOK TIME: 1 hours 0 minutes

6 medium-sized yellow onions
Cooking spray
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Preheat oven to 450°.

Peel onions and place in a baking dish coated with cooking spray.

Combine vinegar and remaining ingredients in a small bowl; pour vinegar mixture over onion wedges, tossing gently to coat. Cover and bake at 450° for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake an additional 30 minutes or until tender.
