Directions:
Slice 1/2 inch off the top of the onion. Peel off just the outer-most onion layer. With the root-side down, start at the top and carefully cut downward, stopping about 1/2 inch from the root. Cut 12-16 wedges.
Place onion on a double thickness of heavy-duty foil (about 12 in. square). Open wedges slightly and evenly sprinkle contents of spice pack. Drizzle with oil or butter. Fold foil around onion and seal tightly. Grill, covered, over medium heat for 30-35 minutes or until tender.
