Refreshing and healthy, this easy to make dip is great served with crunchy veggie sticks or toasted pita bead. It also makes a wonderful topping for a veggie burger. This recipe makes 6-8 servings.

Ingredients
1 cup plain flavored Greek style yogurt
1/2 cup full fat sour cream
1/2 English cucumber, chopped
1/2 small white onion, finely chopped
Juice from 1 fresh lemon
1/2 teaspoon fresh dill, minced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Combine first 6 ingredients in a non-reactive bowl and stir. Taste and adjust for seasoning. Store, chilled, for up to 3 days.
