Ingredients
1 pound ripe cherry or grape tomatoes, rinsed and sliced in half
1/2 red or sweet onion, thinly sliced
4 ounces crumbled Feta cheese
Olive oil, for drizzling
Salt and pepper, to taste
Directions
Combine tomatoes, onion and feta in a serving bowl and toss gently to combine. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
