Pulled Pork BBQ Nachos
Our version of this popular dish is made easy by using store-bought pulled pork and BBQ sauce, making it a good weeknight meal option. Serve with sour cream and guacamole, if you like.

Pulled Pork BBQ Nachos
Ingredients
1 (8-10 oz) bag of tortilla chips
2 cups prepared shredded BBQ pulled pork (look in your grocery store's meat aisle for this)
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1 cup black beans, washed and drained
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1 cup Monterrey Jack cheese, shredded
Sliced jalapeño peppers, for garnish
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spread chips out on a prepared baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper

Layer beans, pork, cheese and onion over chips. Add BBQ sauce over the top.

Bake for 5-10 minutes until cheese is melted. Add jalapeños and serve immediately.
