Flatbread Pizza with Sausage, Onion and Grapes
These easy-to-make pizzas are sweet, spicy and absolutely delicious. You can adapt this recipe to use your own favorite ingredients; just follow the directions and swap in your own favorite pizza toppings. This recipe makes 2 flatbreads.

Flatbread Pizza with Sausage, Onion and Grapes
Ingredients
2 large, store-bought naan
1/4 cup store-bought marinara sauce
1/2 pound sweet or spicy Italian sausage, removed from casings
8 ounces mozzarella, shredded
1 medium red onion, thinly sliced
15-20 red grapes, halved
Directions
Preheat a medium skillet to medium-high on the stove top. Add sausage and cook, making sure to break up the sausage into pieces with a spatula. Once sausage is browned through, about 8-10 minutes, remove from pan with a slotted spoon and set aside to cool. Discard fat.

Preheat your oven to 450 F. Line a baking sheet with foil and place naan on sheet. Spread marinara over top of both naan loaves. Arrange cheese, sausage, onion and grapes over the naan, dividing equally. Bake for 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbling. Remove from oven, slice and serve.
