10 store-bought pierogies, defrosted (any flavor you like)
3 strips bacon, chopped
1 small yellow onion, chopped

Directions
Heat a large skillet to medium. Cook bacon until crisp, about 5-6 minutes. Remove bacon with a slotted spoon and drain on a paper towel. Add onion to the same pan and cook for 3-4 minutes. Add pierogies to pan and cook until the pierogies are heated through and onion begins to crisp up. Add bacon back in and serve warm.
