For the dressing:
1 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup white sugar
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
Remaining ingredients:
8 cups broccoli florets, chopped well
1/2 cup red onion, finely diced
1/2 cup raisins
1/3 cup salted sunflower seeds, hulled
1/2 pound bacon, cooked and then crumbled into small pieces
Make the dressing: Whisk together all dressing ingredients in a non-reactive bowl.
Add all salad ingredients to a mixing bowl. Pour the dressing over the top and fold well to combine. Cover and chill overnight before serving.
